Harel Mallac Technologies Ltd (“HMT”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and will treat it in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2004.
 

Any personal information you may wish to provide / provided by you  to HMT through this web site will be used for the purpose of providing the products/services you have requested at this web site and for advising you of other products and services which may be of interest to you.
 

Unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive further information about our products/services, we may send you direct mail, including e-mail. You may notify us either in writing or by telephone, fax or e-mail that you object to being contacted in a particular stated way.
 

We give you the option of submitting your CV via our website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by HMT’s human resource department. Your CV will be stored in the HMT database, and will be accessible by HMT human resource department, and the human resource department of the Harel Mallac Group.
 

Other than to those individuals and entities listed below your details will not be revealed by HMT to any external body, unless HMT has your permission, or is under either a legal obligation or any other duty to do so. For the purposes detailed above, your information may be disclosed to:
 

  • other Branches or Companies in the Harel Mallac Group ( i.e. its subsidiaries and affiliates);
  • any agent, contractor or third party service provider, or any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Harel Group member;
  • any regulatory, supervisory, governmental or quasi-governmental authority with jurisdiction over Harel Mallac Group members.

 

Information held about you is retained as long as the purpose for which the information was collected continues. The information is then destroyed unless its retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory or to protect HMT's interests. As a general rule, the maximum retention period is 7 years.
 

Registration
Registration is not necessary for the public to use this Web site. However, members must register in order to gain access to the “members only” portion of the Web site and to subscribe to specific working groups. During registration, you must complete the registration form and create a user name and password. It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of any user ID and login password you hold.


Internet Communication
In order to maintain the security of our system, record transactions, and, in certain circumstances, to prevent and detect unauthorised activities, HMT reserves the right to monitor all internet communications including web and email traffic into and out of its domains.
