The Customer Service Agents department has been set up in order to handle and manage the flow of information and the communication from and to our customers.
A team of Customer Service Agents (CSA’s) handles any incoming customer request via phone, fax and email. After channelling such requests internally, our CSA’s will ensure that same requests are responded to, within determined and agreed time frames. Our customers may rest assured that their requests are given due consideration and meet personalized responses and care.
